Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed by customers on the Referent advisors website (referentadvisorss.com). Customers are advised to review order details carefully before confirming payment, as services commence promptly upon order placement.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

All services are delivered in multiple stages. Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage at which the cancellation request is received:

Government fees and statutory charges paid as part of any order are non-refundable at all stages.

2. Time Frame for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 working days from the date of order placement. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the order stage.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund or cancellation, customers must email support@finaurt.com with:

• Registered name and email address
• Order ID
• Reason for cancellation or refund request

No additional documents or proof are required for standard refund requests. We will acknowledge the request within 1 working day and communicate the eligibility decision within 2 working days.

4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to:

• The original payment method used for the transaction (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking), or
• A bank account provided and confirmed by the customer, where the original payment method is no longer valid

Refunds will be credited within 7 business days from the date of approval. We do not issue refunds via cash or cheque. Payment gateway transaction charges (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

5. Partial or Full Refunds

• Full refund: No processing or document verification has started — 100% of the service fee refunded (less payment gateway charges)
• Partial refund: Document verification is completed — 70% of the service fee refunded (30% cancellation fee retained)
• No refund: Application drafting has commenced, filing has been done, or service has been completed

In all cases, government fees, statutory charges, and third-party costs already incurred are excluded from the refund amount.

6. Exceptions & Special Cases

In exceptional circumstances — such as a technical error resulting in duplicate payment, or a service we are unable to deliver due to reasons within our control — refund requests may be escalated to management for review. Such requests will be processed only after reviewing the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Our decision in such cases shall be final.

The following charges are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Government fees and statutory charges paid to any government department or regulatory authority
• Third-party costs already incurred as part of order fulfillment
• Payment gateway transaction charges

7. Service Delivery & No Liability for Delays

• We do not guarantee specific timelines for service delivery, as processing depends on the accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by the customer
• Any rejection, delay, or query raised by a government authority is beyond our control and will not be treated as a ground for refund
• A service is deemed completed upon submission of documents or application to the concerned authority. Once completed, no refund shall be processed
