Services listed on the website are fulfilled by our authorised service partners operating in the background. Customers are aware of and consent to this arrangement by accepting these Terms.

By submitting an enquiry, clicking "I agree", or continuing to use the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

Customer	Any individual or business using the website to enquire about or place an order for a Service
Service	Any compliance, registration, or advisorsy service listed in the website's service catalogue
Order	A formal request placed by a Customer to avail a Service
Admin	Referent advisors's authorised personnel with full access to manage the website and orders
Authorised service partner	The firm(s) responsible for fulfillment of Services on behalf of Referent advisors

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or a legally constituted business entity
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order
• Hold a valid PAN number and, where applicable, a GST registration number

Referent advisors reserves the right to verify details and to reject or cancel any order that does not meet eligibility criteria or contains false information.

4. Website Access & Permitted Use

The following uses of the website are strictly prohibited:

• Using the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
• Submitting false documentation or information
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other customers' data
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the website by automated means
• Introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code into the website

5. Services & Order Placement

Service descriptions, inclusions, timelines, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. When placing an order, the customer:

• Confirms that all information and documents submitted are accurate and complete
• Accepts responsibility for the correctness of data submitted through order/enquiry forms
• Understands that Referent advisors and its authorised service partners will rely on the information provided and cannot be held liable for delays or rejections arising from inaccurate submissions
• Acknowledges that government processing timelines are outside Referent advisors's control

An order is confirmed only upon successful payment. Referent advisors reserves the right to reject or cancel an order if information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or in violation of applicable law.

6. Payments & Invoicing

• One-time payments: Due in full at the time of order placement
• Invoices: GST-compliant invoices will be issued for every completed payment
• Pricing: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST will be charged at the applicable rate
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, the order will not be activated

7. Order Fulfillment & Timelines

• Estimated timelines provided at order placement are indicative and not guaranteed
• Government processing times, public holidays, or additional document requirements may affect timelines
• Referent advisors will communicate any delays or additional requirements via email/phone
• Referent advisors shall not be liable for delays caused by government departments, regulatory authorities, or third-party agencies

8. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

• Ensure all data and documents submitted are accurate, genuine, and provided with informed consent
• Not use the website to facilitate any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity
• Promptly respond to requests from Referent advisors for additional information required for order processing
• Keep your contact details current and accurate at all times

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website — service catalogue, design, software, logos — is the exclusive intellectual property of Referent advisors Pvt Ltd or its licensors
• No content from the website may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent
• Customers retain ownership of the data and documents they submit through the website

10. Limitation of Liability

• Referent advisors's total liability to any customer for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim
• Referent advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Referent advisors is not liable for delays, rejections, or adverse outcomes caused by government departments or events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure)
• Referent advisors does not warrant that the website will be available without interruption or free from errors at all times

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days from written notice of the dispute.

12. Amendments

Referent advisors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the website and by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
